JUST RELEASED: Bellah Mae Graces Us With Another Sad Girl Song Just in Time for Valentine’s Day

Renowned for her sad girl bops Bellah Mae, once again, hasn’t disappointed.

The singer/songwriter has not only gifted us with her new single, Compatible, but the announcement of her brand new EP due to be released on 3rd May.

The heart wrenching new track was chosen by fans as the first release from her brand new EP, titled, Never Waste A Heartbreak. The singer has been teasing her TikTok followers with TWO exclusive new tracks from her upcoming EP over the past few weeks and ultimately Compatible was favoured as the first release.

When announcing the new song on her Instagram, Bellah wrote, "Compatible would have never come out if you all didn't blow it up, so thank you all for letting this little story come out into the world and it blows my mind how many of you are resonating with it".

The new track, tells the story of an unfulfilling relationship, with heartbreaking lyrics such as “It ain’t that bad, it’s just not what I wanted, don’t wanna live this life half hearted”. Compatible is a tragically beautiful tale of choosing compatibility over passion and excitment. Although, as some may argue, compatibility is a sign of a healthy relationship but as a romance book girly myself, if he’s not Icebreakers’ Nate Hawkins, I don’t want him.

Ultimately, this tragic love song is perfect for the melancholy girls refusing to settle for anything less than a book-tok worthy romance this Valentines Day.

Available on all streaming platforms NOW, go and give Compatible a listen and check out Bella Mae’s TikTok page here!
